- The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of waste from sewage treatment plants in Galewice and Wglewice. The scope of the order includes collection, transport and management of: a) municipal sewage sludge code 19 08 05 in the amount of 480 Mg/year b) cuttings code 19 08 01 in quantity 30 Mg/yearc) sand with code 19 08 02 in the quantity 10 Mg/year In accordance with the requirements specified in the provisions of the Waste Act of December 14, 2012. (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of February 6, 2015 on the use of municipal sewage sludge (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 23) and other related implementing acts.2. The scope of the order has been estimated based on the amount of sludge generated in the previous year, the actual scope of the order may change and will be determined based on the actual amount of sludge exported and managed waste3. The contractor must have valid decisions/permits to conduct activities within the scope of the order (collection, transport, management, processing or disposal)4.
