Description:
1. The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of waste from sewage treatment plants in Leontyn, Jdrzejów Nowy and Rdzza, Jakubw commune, indicated later in the description of the subject of the order, in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012, Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of February 6, 2015 on municipal sewage sludge and other related implementing acts: 2. The subject of the order includes the collection, transport and management of: a) stabilized municipal sewage sludge sewage sludge code 19 08 05 collections KP-7 (dewatered presses) - estimated quantity 200 t; b) stabilized municipal sewage sludge code 19 08 05 - collected by a slurry truck in liquid form, estimated quantity 230 m3; c) screenings with code 19 08 01 estimated quantity 30 t; d) included sand traps with code 19 08 02 - estimated quantity 1 t.3. The contractor must have valid decisions/permits to conduct activities within the scope of the order (collection, transport, management). 4.
