Description:
1. The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of waste from Zakład Zadrożowania Odpadow MZC Sp. z o. o. in Włodawa.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, i.e. in the offer form (separate for each part of the order).
3.Contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
Therefore, the Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers referred to in Art. 7 point 15 of the Public Procurement Law, separately for each from parts number of parts: 6. Tasks are individual parts. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts:
1) Task No. 1. Collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 12 12 - originating from the processing of waste with code 20 03 07 (largely shredded waste) - in amounts up to 2000 Mg/year. The Contractor will be obliged to confirm the recovery of the collected waste and to provide written information about the ongoing recovery process from the collected waste from the Ordering Party.
2) Task No. 2. Collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 12 12 - originating from processing of waste with code 20 03 01 unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste - up to 2000 Mg/year. The contractor will be obliged to confirm the recovery of the collected waste and to provide written information about the ongoing recovery process from the collected waste from Ordering Party.
