Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of "receipt, transport and management of waste with code 17 09 04" in Master - Waste and Energia sp.z o.o. (mixed waste from construction, renovation and disassembly other than those listed in the codes: 17 09 01; 17 09 02; 17 09 03) from selective points Collection of municipal waste and waste collection services from business entities and natural persons.
2. The development of the waste of the code with code 17 09 04 must be consistent with the legal provisions in force in this respect and the recovery or disposal processes specified
in the attachment No. 1 or 2 to the Act of December 14, 2012. on waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779,
as amended).
3. The amount of waste for development will not exceed 1000 mg during the contract concluded as a result of the contract. The actual amount of waste provided for the management of the waste Ordering Party. The contractor may not claim any claims for reducing the amount of waste collected. The Employer reserves that the amount given is an estimated value, illustrating the possible size of the scope of the subject of the contract.
