The subject of the order is the supply of a vaccine against diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis (complex acellular), adsorbed, with reduced antigen content, inj. 0.5 ml (dtap) for children aged 14 - for booster vaccinations.
In accordance with the description of the subject of the contract specified in the SWZ and under the conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute an annex to the SWZ.

I. DETERMINATION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER:
1. Vaccine against: diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis (acellular composite), adsorbed, with reduced antigen content, inj. 0.5 ml (dtap) for children aged 14 years - for booster vaccinations: 65,000 doses.
2. When selecting the most advantageous offer, the ordering party reserves the right to reduce the purchase of medicinal products, but not by more than 20% of the total subject of the order (in each of the above-mentioned parts) in in the event of: exceeding the amount allocated for the execution of the order or the emergence of objective and justified needs, in particular changes in demand among patients.
