- 1. The competition is a two -stage, limited and implementation competition, i.e. in which prizes are cash prizes and invitation of the participant of the Competition of the selected competition work for negotiations in the manner of free, in order to perform the subject of the contract based on the competition work.
2.The aim of the competition is to obtain the best architectural, spatial and functional and utility concept of the city hall in Oświęcim. A detailed description of the subject of the competition can be found in the M01 Annex to the Regulations, the scope of the competition study is indicatedIn the Annex M03 to the Regulations.
3. Communication in the competition, including submitting applications for admission to participation in the competition, submitting studies, competition entries, applications for clarification of the content of the competition regulations (questions to the competition regulations), information exchange and transferdocuments or statements between the organizer and participants or entities interested in participating in the competition are carried out only using electronic means of communication, discussed in paragraph 3 of this chapter, taking into account the additional requirements specified in the Regulations regardingStudy studies (chapter IV paragraph 15.1, item 2) and competition entries (chapter VI, para. 21.1. 2).
