- The subject of the competition is the construction of the architectural concept of the reconstruction of Karowa Street. The concept is to apply in particular:
a) the road lane of Karowa Street with the area of ββintersections,
b) a passenger lift or other device that allows you to overcome the difference of the escarpment,
c) off -road stairs.
Purpose The competition is to select the best in terms of architectural, functional and utility concept of reconstruction of Karowa Street in accordance with the guidelines of the Employer. The guiding idea of ββthe investment is to improve and make the pedestrian and bicycle bridge to make it more attractive to Krakowskie PrzedmieΕcie Street. Planned The investment is to serve to improve the quality and availability of public space and to facilitate pedestrian and bicycle communication, in particular to enable people with limited mobility to overcome the difference in terrain levels at the level of Warsaw. As part of the reconstruction, a crane will be made A passenger or alternative solution to overcome level differences, in particular by people with limited mobility. An important element of the planned assumption will be the implementation of a promenade containing field stairs to the escarpment, which, apart from the communication function, will create a space for rest and meetings.
