Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive postal services in domestic and foreign traffic in the scope of receiving, moving and delivering postal items and their possible returns for the needs of the Municipal Office in Gukhoazy for the period from January 1, 2025. until December 31, 20272. Detailed requirements for the execution of the order are included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the order, other terms of execution of the order are included in Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract (PPU).3. The Ordering Party stipulates that the sending and delivery of shipments should took place in accordance with the provisions of the Postal Law Act of June 14, 1960. Code of Administrative Procedure, Act of August 29, 1997 Tax Ordinance, Act of November 17, 1964 Code of Civil Procedure, Act of June 6, 1997 Code of Criminal Procedure, Act of 2 August 2002 Law on proceedings before administrative courts.
