Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works related to the completion of the construction of the concert hall and the chamber hall in the building of the Music School Complex Mieczysław Karłowicz in Zielona Gora - ul. Dzika 6.
2. The concise description of the material scope and the requirements are described in the documentation design, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works as well as the bill of quantities (supplementation/complement to Annex 7 to SWZ). At the same time, it should be noted that the attached values are only an auxiliary element when determining the offer price. The quantities contained in them are not They are binding, the required scope of works has been defined in the project documentation. In accordance with the terms of the contract template, the Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the project documentation, technical knowledge principles, applicable regulations and specifications technical execution and acceptance of construction works - as part of a flat -rate price.
3. The applicant requires the contractors to be carried out (at its own expense, on the dates set out with the director of the facility) a local vision.
4.
