Description:
The subject of the order is construction work consisting in completing the reconstruction of the building of the Pedagogical Library in Radom Branch in Szydowiec along with land development. Investment titled: Reconstruction of the Pedagogical Library in Radom Branch in Szydowiec with the extension of elevators along with land development was approximately 60% completed. The ordering party was forced to withdraw from the contract with the current contractor. The purpose of this procedure is to select a contractor necessary to perform construction works enabling comprehensive completion of the investment and putting the facility into use. DESCRIPTION SO FAR WORKS PERFORMED In the scope of construction, the following were carried out: demolition works, backfilling of the basement, new ceiling, flat roof, internal reinforced concrete stairs were poured, door opening lintels, foundations for the elevator shaft, thermal and moisture insulation of foundations, floors, elevator shaft. Status of work progress. constructed in terms of construction, except for the external elevator with a landing. No changes in method or technology are expected.
