Description:
1. The subject of the order are printing services and advertising services related to the publication of the municipal monthly Ssiadka-Czyt, published by the Municipal Office in Tarnow Podgorne. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2.2. The subject of the contract is defined in the common procurement dictionary public symbols: 79 82 40 00-6, 79 82 20 00-2.3. The contractor must indicate in the offer which elements of the order he intends to entrust to subcontractors. 4. The Ordering Party, pursuant to Art. 95 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship performing activities in the scope of order execution, the performance of which consists in performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974.
