- Description:
- 1) The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in performing a comprehensive analysis of needs and results within the implemented project, consisting of two tasks:
a) comprehensive analysis of needs/ potential/ PPP resources;
b) comprehensive analysis of the results achieved,
constituting the scope Basic order and optional scope of the order (options law) consisting of completing a comprehensive analysis of needs and requirements in additional PPP units in a given province (not more than 50% of the number of units indicated in SWZ in the scope of each part), which can be implemented in full or parts. Details on the right of the option are included in paragraph 3 of this chapter and the contract template (Annex 3 to SWZ).
2) The scope of the order includes the provision of expert services in the number:
a) Part A: Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship-20 PPP, 200 hours Analysis of needs, 200 hours analysis of results
b) part B: Lubelskie Voivodeship, 27 PPP 270 hours Analysis of needs, 270 hours Analysis of results
c) Part C: Lubuskie Voivodeship, 13 PPP, 130 hours Analysis of needs, 130 hours Analysis of results
