Comprehensive assessment of the state of the environment and development of a draft plan to improve the state of the environment on recognized large -scale degraded area - the area of the former "Boruta" dye industry in Zgierz.
The subject of the contract is to perform a comprehensive assessment of the state of the environment together with the inventory and developing the plan justified by the results of the plan to improve the state of the environment, hereinafter referred to as the "KOIPP" together with the schedule, on the recognized large -scale area degraded in Zgierz consisting of two NW. areas, i.e. - area No. 1 located at ul. Miroszewska 54-60 and at ul. Walerian Łukasińskiego 15/17 on plots of registration number: from 273/1 to 273/38 precinct 119 and from 149/5 to 149/18 precinct 121, with a total area of plots of 16,6921 ha, on which there are landfills of historical industrial waste, i.e. a landfill of post -production waste, including hazardous ones and a landfill of plaster and ashes (with a layer with a layer, unidentified types of waste) and areas accompanying these landfills; - Area No. 2 located at ul. Andrzej Struga 30 on the plot with registration number 90/27 precinct 121 with an area of 4.5059 ha, where there is a place to collect historical industrial waste, i.e. a dump called "Behind Bzura".
