Short description of the subject of the contract: The scope of the subject of the contract includes: 1) Comprehensive banking service includes: a) Municipal Office in Biała; b) Social Welfare Center in Biała; c) local government service office in Biała; d) School and pre-school team in Biała; e) School and pre-school syndrome in the liaison; (f) Municipal Cultural Center in Biała. In the event of the Establishment of the Commune Council a new organizational unit, the Bank is obliged to provide banking services on the terms specified in the contract.
