Short description of the subject of the contract:
the subject of the contract is comprehensive banking service of the Independent Public Health Care Center in Łukow along with the launch of the credit line in the current account for the amount of PLN 6,000,000.
The Contractor is obliged to secure the bid bond to secure his offerIn the amount of:
PLN 10,000 (ten thousand PLN)
the bid bond is lodged before the deadline for submitting offers.
the bid bond may be paid in one or several forms:
1) money;
2) bank guarantees;
3) insurance guarantees;
4) handrails granted by the entities referred to inart. 6b para. 5 point 2 of the Act of November 9, 2000 on the creation of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.
Required date of order processing: 24 months from the date of the contract.
