Description of the subject of the order: Comprehensive banking services for the budget of the Kowalewo Pomorskie Commune and organizational units in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028.2. The scope of the subject of the order includes: 1) Providing banking services consisting in: a) opening and operating within the meaning of the Act of August 29 1997 Banking Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1646, as amended) current account and auxiliary accounts in Polish zloty for the commune budget and municipal organizational units, b) making transfers from the accounts of the ordering party and its organizational units to accounts in other banks by electronic means and paper, c) making transfers from the accounts of the ordering party and its organizational units to accounts in a bank supporting electronic and paper means, d) making instant transfers from the accounts of the ordering party and its organizational units to accounts in other banks by electronic and paper means, e) accepting cash payments, own and from third parties, to all bank accounts of the ordering party and its organizational units at bank branches or cash points, f) making cash withdrawals from the bank account of the ordering party and its units or...
