The subject of the order is comprehensive banking services for the budget of the Skwierzyna Commune (hereinafter referred to as the Commune) and its Organizational Units, including: 1. Municipal Office in Skwierzyna, ul. Market Square 1 in Skwierzyna, 2. Educational Complex at ul. Mickiewicza 26 in Skwierzyna,3. Primary School in Murzynow at ul. Kocielna 7 in Murzynow, 4. Complex of Technical and General Education Schools. Stanisawa Lem ul. Poznaska 1 in Skwierzyna, 5. Children's Club Complex at ul. Mickiewicza 26 in Skwierzyna, 6. Social Welfare Center ul. Batorego 15 in Skwierzyna,7. Sports and Recreation Center ul. Sportowa 1 in Skwierzyna, existing in on the day of signing the contract and created, taken over or transformed during the term of the contract, i.e. until December 31, 2028, and the Municipality taking out a current account loan to cover the deficit occurring during the transition year in the years 2026-2028.
