Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive greenery care services in the resources of TBS Wrocław Sp. z o. o. and biomass collection. The order was divided into 4 parts (hereinafter also referred to as tasks). Detailed information regarding the implementation of the subject of the order can be found in the documents orders.
task 1 Comprehensive care of green areas in indicated locations
concerns the implementation of comprehensive care of green areas in the TBS Wrocław resource area, including the maintenance of lawns, flower beds, shrubs, trees and plantings during the growing seasons (from spring to autumn) including cutting down dead trees and planting new ones in external areas near residential buildings owned by TBS Wrocław Sp. z o. o. located in Wrocław in the indicated locations
task 2 Comprehensive care of green areas in indicated locations
task 3 Service consisting in the collection, transport and further management of biodegradable waste in indicated locations
Task No. 3 - concerns the Contractor's provision of a service consisting in the collection, transport and further management of classified biodegradable waste in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of January 2, 2020 on the catalog of waste (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10), hereinafter referred to as "waste" generated as a result of maintaining greenery in the resources of Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego Wrocław Sp. z o. o., in accordance with common law obligation...
