Description:
The subject of the order is a catering service for the needs of services (trainings, conferences, special events, etc.) organized at the Forest Educational Center in Jedlnia Letnisko (LOE). The actual number of meals will result from the actual needs of the Ordering Party. The Contractor will be obliged perform the subject of the order continuously throughout the duration of the contract. All meals must be prepared and cooked in rented kitchen facilities. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of preparing meals in another place, outside the Ordering Party's office, while maintaining applicable sanitary regulations and standards. The Contractor will provide service to all LOE guests in the premises indicated by the Ordering Party and deliver meals to the indicated places at the offered unit prices. The contractor is obliged to ensure the constant presence of service staff during the project meals, in a number enabling efficient response to guests' needs and maintaining order.
Meals must be prepared from fresh raw materials, without instant products, semi-finished products, ready-made products and enhancers.
The Contractor is obliged to use funds to transport meals and service transport in accordance with sanitary and epidemiological regulations.
