Description:
Description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of a comprehensive cleaning and cleaning service carried out on the premises of the facilities operated by the Infrastruktura Niepoomice Company on the basis of detailed requirements regarding the performance of the service described in Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract. The service will be provided for a period of 12 months, the planned date of commencement of the implementation of the subject of the order is January 1, 2026. The contractor will perform the subject of the order in compliance with the basic principles of occupational health and safety and PPO. and sanitary and hygienic, in accordance with the requirements resulting from the provisions of the Waste Act, using its own cleaning agents, disinfectants and its own equipment and tools necessary for the proper implementation of the subject of the order. The equipment and tools used by the Contractor must meet the applicable health and safety requirements, be in good technical condition, have the required certificates and operating instructions, work authorization documents (if applicable), and be used as intended and by trained personnel.
