- Brief description of the subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is the performance of: services consisting in the performance of mechanical cleaning, chemical disinfection and microbiological tests of ventilation units and ducts as well as other elements of the installation such as dampers, dampers, anemostats, grillesand ventilation, laminar ceilings (glycol recovery, hygienic heat pump, primary heater, cooler, internal heater, etc.), supply and exhaust fan sets, duct fans, anti-vibration connectors and other not mentioned elements of the installation on the premisestach of the Provincial Integrated Hospital in Kielce along with the replacement of filters provided by the Ordering Party. The list of facilities together with the description of the air handling units and ventilation ducts is specified in Appendix No. 2b to SWZ. Details on the scope of the service are included in the description of the subject of the order, Appendix No. 2a to SWZ. Information on the principles of implementation of the subject of the contract and remuneration is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ - draft provisions of the public procurement contract.
