The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding a contract consisting in repetition of similar services pursuant to art. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law in the amount to 100 % of the value of the basic order, consisting in repeating the same type of services.
The scope applies to summer and winter maintenance for:
