Part 1: service cleaning: 1.1.1. in the building at ul. Nałęczowska 14 in Lublin with a total area of 1,811.81 m², 1.1.2. in the building at ul. Krochmalna 13i in Lublin with a total area of 1,245.63 m², 1.1.3. in the building at ul. Krochmalna 13j in Lublin with a total value of area of 758.72 m². 1.2. Part 2: cleaning service: 1.2.1. in the building of the "Dworzec Lublin" bus station at ul. Dworcowa 2 in Lublin with a total area of 12,038.65 m², together with the adjacent area with a total area of 27,700.53 m², 1.2.2. in the building social and technical at ul. Krochmalna 8e in Lublin with a total area of 604.75 m², together with the adjacent area with a total area of 541.70 m². 2. ATTENTION! Due to the specificity of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 131 section 2 point 1 of the Act Public procurement law requires the submission of an offer after the Contractor has visited the site. The costs of the on-site visit and the responsibility for participating in the on-site visit in compliance with health and safety rules are borne by the Contractor alone.
