The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive cleaning services
in the buildings of the Ordering Party with a total area of 26 377.58 m2 and performing auxiliary activities for patients SK MSWiA with W-MCO in Olsztyn.

The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive cleaning services
in the buildings of the Ordering Party with a total area of 26 377.58 m2 and auxiliary activities for patients SK MSWiA from W-MCO in Olsztyn. Detailed scope and manner of execution of the order, in in particular Description of the subject of the contract, description of hygiene zones, surface lists, schedules, characteristics of washing and disinfectant agents, supervision and control principles, was described in Annexes No. 1 - 7 to SWZ, the planned provisions of the contract are included in Annex 15 to SWZ, list of procedures, the list of procedures, which apply to contractor employees include Annex 24 to SWZ.
The contracting authority sets a requirement for employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing the indicated activities in the scope of the contract, while their type was indicated in Annex 8 to SWZ - a list of activities for the performance of which contractor employees should be employed under a contract of employment.
