Description:
1. The subject of the order is the service of comprehensive cleaning in the building of the District Court in Jdrzejów and the adjacent area, as well as occasional cleaning works in the Probation Center at the District Court in Jdrzejów. The Ordering Party reserves the right to limit the scope of the subject of the order, no more than 20% of the total area to be cleaned, in the event of circumstances that do not require cleaning of the premises. In such a case, the amount of remuneration due to the Contractor will be proportional reduced, taking into account the previous and current size of the cleaned area, and the Contractor will not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party in this respect. Areas of provision of cleaning services: a) building of the District Court in Jdrzejów at ul. 11 Listopada 74, 28-300 Jdrzejw: - the total net cleaning area is 2,675.69 m, including: - stoneware floors: 2,025.69 m, - panel/parquet floors: 650 m, including (97 m carpets/carpets/pads), - area of standard tilt-and-turn windows: 266.17 m-area of windows, external glass panes, requiring specialized techniques, e.g. working with a mirror lift...
