- 1. The subject of the order is constant maintenance of cleanliness in the building of the Tourist and Recreation Center in Iawa at ul. Biskupska 2 in an efficient, accurate and timely manner, using the latest technology, equipment, materials and agents with a non-destructive effect on the cleaned elements of the rooms and their decoration, as well as the delivery and replenishment of bathroom consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, soap, garbage bags) with technical parameters other than those specified by the Ordering Party in the SWZ. The scope of obligations is specified in this ToR and the contract template contained therein, Appendix No. 1 to the contract template - Table No. 1 - SCOPE AND FREQUENCY OF WORKS COVERED BY THE ORDER and the offer form.2. The cleanliness of the swimming pool may be checked randomly by the facility manager.3. The cleaning, preservative and disinfecting agents used must be certified by the National Institute of Hygiene and comply with the requirements of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station. and must be adapted to the appropriate type of surface.
