Description:
The subject of the contract are services: maintaining cleanliness in the office buildings of the KOWR te-emergency branch in six locations, maintaining cleanliness in their surroundings (including sweeping, pedestrian, snowdling of paved surfaces, mowing lawns and li-szenading rake) as well as delivery and current delivery Supplementing materials and hygiene. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in the attachment to the contract "Description of the subject of the contract". The subject of the contract was divided into 6 separate parts (subjects of the contract). The subjects of the order cannot be divided by contractors, the offers do not containing the full scope of the subject of the contract specified in the partial task will be rejected. Based on art. 121 of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer reserves the obligation to perform key parts of the contract by the Contractor in person. The key part of the order for the Ordering Party There are activities related to maintaining cleanliness in an office building, specified in the Annex to the contract "Description of the subject of the contract", excluding the activities:
1) which, according to the content of the description of the subject of the contract, are to be performed: once a month, once in each quarter, once in each half -year, once in year,
2) related to maintaining cleanliness in the building environment,
3) related to the supply of cleaning products and hygiene.
