Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in a comprehensive organization, technical service, preparation and implementation of visual transmission, ensuring: catering, reception service during the conference on the implementation and use of the EZD RP system, hereinafter referred to as the "event" or "Conference".
2. Conference is organized as part of the project entitled by developing and sharing a free EZD system, sharing the SAAS2 EZD RP clouds and the implementation of the EZD system in administration Public Republic of Poland ", implemented by the Ministry of Digitization in partnership from NASK-PIB under the National Plan of Reconstruction and Increasing immunity, financed by the instrument for reconstruction and increased immunity and the European Union-Nextgenerationeu [acronym: EZD-KPO].
It will take place in the stationary formula on December 8, 2025 at the Polish Theater The rental of the location of the event is provided by the contracting authority under a separate contract with the object.
a The minimum number is 400 people, with the proviso that the final number of people will be given the Contractor no later than 10 business days before the organization of the event.
