- 1. The subject of the contract is to ensure comprehensive consulting (legal, economic and financial and technical) for the public to prepare the project for implementation in the formula of public-private partnership. The order will be carried out in relation to the project entitled "PackagePPP - Construction of public facilities in the Krakow Metropolis ", whose promoter is the Krakow Metropolis Association. The contracting authority is the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy. The communes participating in the project are: MichaΕowice, NiepoΕomice, Skawina and the Great Village.He will perform an order based on OPZ, taking into account the specifics of the implementation of the PPP formula investment package, having the basis for the Employer in OPZ, individual stages and activities. Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is included in Annex 1 to SWZ. After the conclusion of the contractIt will constitute an attachment to the contract (the proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement constitute Annex 2 to SWZ).
2. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in art. 214 para. 1 points 7 and 8 of the Act.
3. The contracting authority does not provide for the conductby the contractor of the local vision and the check of the documents necessary to perform the contract, referred to in art. 131 para. 2 of the Act.
4. The contracting authority does not require a bid bond.
5. The contracting authority does not require the provision of a proper performance of the contract.
