Description:
The subject of the contract is comprehensive consulting (legal, economic and financial and technical) for the project entitled The deep energy modernization of the public buildings of the city of Gorzów Wlkp. Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is included in Annex 1 to SWZ. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in art. 214 para. 1 points 7 and 8 of the Act. The contracting authority reserves that he may first examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor. This procedure is part of a larger order awarded in parts. The contracting authority does not require a bid bond. The Employer does not require providing security for the proper performance of the contract.
