- 1) The subject of the order is: comprehensive supply of natural gas for the Wrblew Commune Office and the School and Kindergarten Complex in Wrblew, Passive Building, entertainment and sports hall. The ordering party has estimated the amount of gas being the subject of the order for a period of 12 months at approximately 469,821 kWh, for collection points gas, in accordance with Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. The order will be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), the Civil Code and the relevant implementing regulations.2) The quality characteristics relating to the subject of the order are specified in the relevant Standards, in particular in the Polish Standard PN-C-04750 Gas fuels. The above standard defines established quality standards relating to all important features of the gas sold. The gas distribution system operator (DSO) is responsible for the quality of the fuel in accordance with Article 30 of the Minister's Regulation Economy of July 2, 2010 on detailed conditions for the operation of the gas system (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1158, as amended).
