Description:
1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive delivery including the sale and distribution of high -methane gas type E, LS -type gas; Police units of the West Pomeranian Garrison, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022 item 1385, as amended), the Civil Code and executive provisions issued on their basis, instructions for movement and operation of the distribution network (IRIESD), approved by the decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (Pure). included in the detailed description of the subject of the contract, constituting respectively for part I, II and III Annex 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3 to SWZ.
