The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel in the form of high-methane E gas with a pressure of up to 0.5 MPa, inclusive, up to two consumption points located at the airport in Krolewo Malborskie for the constructionmarkets administered by the 22nd Tactical Air Base in Malbork on the terms specified in the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) and in the acts issued on its basis with specific quality standards.
