Description:
1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive delivery (sale) and provision of distribution services of high-methane natural gas fuel with a combustion heat of not less than 34 MJ/m3 and a pressure of not less than 1.6 kPA.2. Gas is supplied for the purposes of operating buildings located in Raciborz, premises and commercial facilities administered by public finance sector units and local government legal entities from the City of Racibrz in accordance with Annex No. 3 to SWZ.3. The estimated amount of gas fuel that may be purchased during the term of the agreement is: 2,008,274 kWh. Estimated the demand for gas fuel indicated by the Ordering Party may differ from the actual consumption and will not constitute the basis for any claims from the Contractor. The projected consumption of gas fuel is indicative and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase gas fuel in the given period. quantity, with the reservation that the Ordering Party sets the minimum order quantity for gas supplies at 80% and the maximum at 120% of the volume specified in the description of the subject of the order.
