Description:
1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply including the sale and distribution of high-methane gas type E to the Police units of the West Pomeranian garrison, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022). r. item 1385, as amended), the Civil Code and the implementing regulations issued on their basis, the Instruction for the Operation and Operation of the Distribution Network (IRiESD), approved by the decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (PURE), in accordance with the presented the list, quantity and scope of the subject of the order included in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 2.Details regarding the tariff group, estimated annual gas consumption divided into calendar months, incl with respect to individual collection points are described in Annexes No. 8 and 2 to the SWZ. 3. Estimated amount of gas fuel that will be delivered during the term of the contract to the gas consumption points specified in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ/Appendix No. 1 to the contract is 7,109,000 kWh and may change due to weather conditions. The Ordering Party undertakes to collect 70% - 120% of the declared amount of gas fuel. 4. The Ordering Party declares that in accordance with the provisions of Art. 31b section 2 point 2 of the Act of December 6, 2008 on excise duty (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 126) is not a payer of excise duty. 5.
