Description:
1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive delivery - including the sale and provision of distribution services - high -methane natural gas with symbol E through the distribution network of the Polish Gas Company Społka z o.o. specified, in accordance with applicable regulations, qualitative standards. Distribution supplies and services provided on the basis of a comprehensive agreement will be carried out on the terms specified by the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024 item 266) together with executive provisions to the Act and in accordance with the provisions of the OSD tariff.
2. Qualitative caps gas fuels are regulated by the provisions of the Energy Law, executive acts (in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of July 2, 2010 on the detailed conditions of the gas system, the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 10 January 2017, amending on Detailed conditions for the functioning of the gas system) and Polish standards (PN-C-04750-gas fuels) in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027 with a total volume of 39 414 066 kWh to 201 acceptance points, indicated in Annex 2 to SWZ, for the needs of the city of Białystok.
