The contract will be concluded for a period of 24 months from the date of conclusion.
1) Basic order:
The subject of the contract is comprehensive delivery (sale and distribution) of electricity up to 105 properties in the resource of the Regional Branch of the Military Property Agency
in Bydgoszcz, located in the town of GrudziΔ dz, Brodnica, CheΕmno, ToruΕ, PΕock, Kutno, in accordance with the list constituting Annex 1 of this OPZ, in the total estimated quantities during the contract duration: 193,000kwh, in the G11 tariff group
The consumption points are adapted to the TPA conditions.
The contracting authority has a comprehensive agreement for all collection points.
Performer He will be obliged to carry out all procedures related to the seller's change/report to the DSO, and the contracting authority will grant the contractor the power of attorney necessary for this purpose.
The forecast electricity consumption is indicative, used to compare offers and in no case It does not constitute a commitment to buy energy in the amount given. The Contractor will not be entitled to any claim for not collecting the expected amount of energy by the Ordering Party.
