- Comprehensive delivery (selling and distribution) of gas fuel - high -methane gas type E, for the needs of central heating, hot utility water and preparing molecules, for installations located in residential and use buildings, ordered by the municipal municipal property management in Jaworzno.ermin, the implementation of the task: from 01.10.2025 to 30/09/2026 it includes complex service within the meaning of Art. 3 point 30 of the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text - Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266 with more expensive changes), which will be implemented on the basis of a comprehensive agreement, about which we mention in art. 5 para. 3 of this Act, consisting of selling and removing the distribution of gas fuel - natural gas, a high -metane type, the object of the plait determines the characteristics of buildings ordered by the municipal municipal station in Jaworzno, to which the fuel will be supplied Gas - High -meter -type Earth gas, Stanning the Highlight No. 9 to SWZ.
