The subject of the procedure is the comprehensive delivery of side shield mounting elements for type 112A-40 wagons in an amount of up to 34 and for type 111A-40 wagons in an amount of up to 99 wagons in accordance with the documentation attached to the procedure. We guarantee acceptance for 133 wagons, and orders for subsequent wagons at the turn of the next 5 years will be called from the contract. Procedure for 314 wagons The offer should include the following items: 1. Net prices 2. Validity period of the offer 3. Payment date min. 30 days4.Delivery lead time from order/signature agreements5. DAP delivery terms according to Incoterms 20206. Possessed Certificates, Quality Certificates7. Warranty terms - for periods of 24/36/48 months8. declaration of compliance with all requirements of the documentation included in the procedure and a guarantee of delivery of complete technical and quality documentation, in accordance with its provisions9. Validity of the offer 10.
