Description:
1) The Contractor is obliged to fulfill the order of the subject of the contract on principles and conditions, taking into account the planned provisions of the contract contained in No. 7 to SWZ.
2) for entities indicated in Annex 8 to SWZ, contracts will be signed in accordance with the guidelines contained in the abovementioned attachment.
4) comprehensive supply and provision of electricity distribution services will take place in accordance with applicable law, in particular under the conditions set out by the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law, executive ordinances to this Act, in particular By the ordinance of the Minister of the Climate and the Environment of 22 March 2023 on the detailed conditions of functioning of the power system and the Regulation of the Minister of the Climate and the Environment of November 29, 2022 on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and the method of settlement in Electricity trading (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 904, as amended), a tariff for electricity distribution services (OSD tariff) and traffic and operation of the distribution network (IRIESD) of the relevant distribution system operator, i.e. Energa Operator S.A., ul. Polish Navy 130, 80-557 Gdańsk and the provisions of: the Act of 23 April 1964 - Civil Code, hereinafter referred to as the "Central Committee", the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law, hereinafter referred to as "PZP", the Act of 6 December 2008 on excise tax and with the principles set out in concessions or provisions Contracts.
