Description:
1) The Contractor is obliged to fulfill the order of the subject of the contract on principles and conditions, taking into account the planned provisions of the contract contained in In particular, under the conditions specified by the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended), executive ordinances to this Act, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of the Climate and the Environment of 22 March 2023 on detailed conditions functioning of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2025, No. 919, as amended) and the ordinance of the Minister of the Climate and the Environment of November 29, 2022 on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and the method of settlement in electricity trading (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 904, as amended), tariff for electricity distribution services (OSD tariff) and traffic and operation of the distribution network (IRIESD) of the relevant distribution system operator, i.e. Energa Operator S.A., ul.
