Description:
1 In Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract, in the amount of 266 158 kWh.
2. In the course of the contract, the contracting authority reserves law to reduce or increase the amount of energy (to +/- 20% relative to the amount of energy for the basic order:
The principles, scope and manner of using the options by the Ordering Party are described in section I para. 2 point 3 of the design provisions of the contract according to Annex 2 to SWZ,
2 point 4 of the design provisions of the contract according to Annex 2 to SWZ.
3. The contracting authority has solar installations for parts PPE already functioning, for parts during the implementation of the investment - information in this respect was included in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ".
