Description:
The subject of the contract is:
1) for the collection point with micro -installation and the status of a prosumer - comprehensive supply of electricity from the power grid to the contracting authority facilities, implemented on the basis of a sales contract referred to in art. 5 para. 2 of the Act of April 10, 1997 Law Energy and the provision of electricity distribution service.
KEN 1. It will be a comprehensive service involving the provision of electricity delivery services by selling it and providing the service of sending and distributing electricity to the hospital facility. Meter number: 4145374. For this measuring system, SPZZOZ in Wyszkow has a 40.8 kW solar micro -installation and prosumer status.
2) for collecting points without micro -installation - comprehensive Supply of electricity from the power network to the Employer's facilities implemented on the basis of a sales contract referred to in art. 5 para. 2 of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law and provision of electricity distribution services.
