Description:
1. The subject of this order is the comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale and provision of electricity distribution services for the needs of the Pabianice commune and its organizational units for facilities indicated in Annex No. 1 to SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law, Civil Code and executive provisions issued on their basis.
The Pabianice commune and the units listed in Annex 1 to SWZ will be concluded by separate contracts resulting from this public procurement procedure under an open tender. Detailed information on all collection points was included in Annex 1 to SWZ and Annex 5 to SWZ. It will be the obligation of the selected contractor to notify the indicated distribution system operator for the implementation of comprehensive electricity supply contracts concluded with the contractor, including the sale and provision of electricity distribution service. To perform the above Actions the Contractor will receive an appropriate power of attorney (Annex No. 5.1 to SWZ).
2. The landlord, acts on his own behalf and on the basis of a signed agreement (agreement for inspection at the headquarters of the Ordering Party), On behalf of organizational units, which were indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ:
