- The subject of this pollination is the comprehensive supply of electricity, including sales and showing the electricity distribution to the needs of the indoor MOSiR in Strzelce Opolskie in the B23 tariff, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Lawsfrom 2024, item 266, as amended), together with executive regulations. Estimated electricity consumption during the perpetration, is about 742,500 kWh. The material scope of the subject of the plate lined with this pursuit determines a detailed description of the subject of the skewprovisions of the Agreement (Zakzek No. 4 to SWZ) constituting the integral part of this SWZ. The actual demand for electricity, it will be dependent on the actual needs of the Ordering Party. A possible change in the number of purchased electricity, it will not be effective by the ordering of the ordering additionalcosts.
