The subject of this order is the comprehensive supply of electricity for points with renewable energy installations for the needs of the Łowicz commune shopping group for facilities indicated in Annex No. 1a to SWZ and Annex 1B to SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. The subject of this order is the comprehensive supply of electricity for points with renewable energy installations for the needs of the Łowicz commune shopping group for facilities indicated in Annex No. 1a to SWZ and Annex 1B to SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law, Civil Code and executive provisions issued on their basis.
Łowicz commune and members of the shopping group as well as their units listed in Annex 1 to SWZ will include separate Agreements resulting from this procedure for the award of public procurement under an open tender.
