The subject of the order is comprehensive handling of foreign trips made as part of the activities conducted by the Center for Economic Initiatives under the name "Comprehensive handling of foreign trips by the Center for Economic Initiatives, including: 1) reservation and sale of airline tickets on foreign routes, including tickets from the so-called low-cost carriers and related services, including: intermediation in contacts with carriers in the field of loyalty programs, complaints, changes reservations etc.; 2) reservation and sale of hotel rooms abroad, including all related formalities; 3) ensuring the most advantageous transfers when traveling abroad, in particular between the airport and the hotel, hotel-airport, hotel-fair, fair-hotel, fair-airport, airport-fair together with all related formalities; 4) providing insurance policies for trip participants; 5) purchase of entry tickets to international events economic, e.g. fairs, hereinafter referred to as entry tickets for trip participants; 6) providing a Pilot-translator; 7) providing a common meal for the trip participants; 8) visa brokerage and purchase service. 2. Detailed description and method of order fulfillment contains the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (SOPZ) and the Contract Template constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.
