Description:
The subject of the order is the comprehensive implementation of the fencing of the separation zone in the town of Świdwin as part of task 54051. The scope of the order includes, among others: construction of a fence using steel panel technology on a concrete foundation with gates for vehicles and access gates for staff and aircraft gates placed in the light of taxiways, guard boxes, as-built documentation, post-construction geodetic inventory. THE APPLICATION FORM should be sent no later than November 12, 2025 until 11:00 directly on the purchasing platform using the Submit an offer tab. After submitting the application form, documentation of the proceedings will be sent at a later date. The Ordering Party reserves that the application form submitted after the deadline indicated above will not be considered. The Ordering Party reserves that it will not invite the contractor who is a party to the previously concluded contract(s) to place an order with the Ordering Party, in the scope of which the contract was terminated or the contract was withdrawn, the implementation of the contract did not begin or contractual penalties were charged for the fulfillment of a significant obligation inconsistent with the provisions of the procurement contract, substitute performance in the scope of removing defects in the subject of the contract was entrusted to an entity to a third party at the expense of the Guarantor, either party has filed a lawsuit against the other party.
