The subject of the order is the development of complete replacement design and cost estimate documentation and, on its basis, performance of construction works consisting in the implementation of the investment task called development of the surroundings. technical report on the state of fire protection should include, among others: - subject and purpose as well as legal basis of the study, - scope of the study, - general characteristics of the facility: dimensions, purpose, structure, - fire characteristics of the facility, including: area, height and number of floors, fire hazard characteristics, fire parameters of flammable substances present, category of people at risk (expected number on each floor and in rooms whose escape doors should open to the outside of the rooms), forecast fire load density, assessment of the explosion risk of rooms and external spaces, fire resistance class of the building and resistance class fire...
