- I. General information:1. The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in planning and implementation of information and promotional activities as part of the project Development of the activities of the Museum. Jacek Malczewski in Radom by creating additional cultural space and introducing a new offer cultural and educational, co-financed by the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program (FEnIKS), Priority VII Culture, Measure FENX.07.01, hereinafter referred to as the project.2. The Contractor undertakes to complete the order in a manner consistent with: - the Public Procurement Law, - guidelines on the eligibility of expenses for the FEnIKS program, - Manual for applicants and beneficiaries of European Funds 20212027 in the field of information and promotion, - DNSH rules (not causing serious damage to the environment), - regulations on counteracting conflict of interest and abuse financial, - other provisions of national and EU law applicable to this contract.3.
